We have implemented a structured schedule of regular lab analysis of our baths, and perform ongoing evaluations to ensure that our equipment is performing at its peak. Furthermore, we carefully document every job.  This documentation includes recording each of the following: temperature, amperage, plating time, plating thickness, operator verification, tank ID, date, pre/post inspection notes, and measurements. Each piece that we service has traceable documentation, thus assuring the highest quality is delivered.

We guarantee that what we deliver will be free from defects, deficiencies and variations. We do this by the strict and consistent adherence to measurable and verifiable standards to achieve uniformity of output that satisfies specific customer or user requirements. When we send out product it is ready for assembly. We operate under a mirrored ISO 9000 Quality Management System with comprehensive job tracking.
